Low-cost CAD viewing software

Softcover has released CAD2View, a low-cost CAD drawing viewer that allows users to view CAD drawings created in CAD programs they do not own.
CAD2View is for those who do not need or cannot justify the cost of a full professional CAD program to simply view and print or plot drawings sent to them. CAD2View lets users view drawings from any CAD program by opening standard .PLT (plot), .DXF and .DWG CAD files. Users can make comments on a drawing without changing it and save these notes separately to send to clients and colleagues.
CAD2View is available in two low-cost versions, Regular (.PLT only) and Pro (.PLT, .DWG and .DXF).
