How much does a finished cable tray cost in Uzbekistan

The cost of manufacturing cable trays in Uzbekistan varies widely depending on metal type, thickness, tray size, and order volume, typically ranging from $10 to $50 per meter for standard metal trays.

Factors Affecting Manufacturing Costs

Material and Thickness: Steel or aluminum trays with thicker metal sheets cost more due to higher raw material expenses. For example, a 50 mm tray is cheaper than an 80 mm tray designed for wider cable routes. Tray Type and Size: Perforated, ladder, or solid-bottom trays have different production complexities.

Larger or custom-sized trays increase labor and fabrication costs. Order Volume: Bulk orders reduce per-unit costs due to economies of scale, while small or custom orders are more expensive. Project Requirements: Special coatings (galvanized, powder-coated) or compliance with industrial standards can increase costs.

Installation and delivery services are often additional.
