Price list for fireproof cable tray covers

Fireproof cable trays with protective covers typically range from $20 to $150 per meter, depending on material, size, and fire-resistance rating.

Price Overview

The cost of fireproof cable trays with covers varies widely based on material, dimensions, and fireproofing standards. For example, trough-type fireproof cable trays made from stainless steel or aluminum can range from $20 to $150 per meter, with higher prices for larger sizes, thicker walls, or enhanced fireproof coatings (such as intumescent layers). Fully enclosed designs with protective covers add to the cost due to additional material and manufacturing complexity.

Factors Affecting Price

Material: Stainless steel: High corrosion resistance and fireproof performance, suitable for outdoor or chemical environments, generally more expensive. Aluminum: Lightweight and corrosion-resistant, moderately priced.

FR

P (Fiberglass Reinforced Polymer): Non-corrosive and fire-resistant, often used in harsh industrial environments, price varies with resin quality and additives. Fire Resistance Rating: Trays tested to standards like DIN 4102-12, NFPA 70, or IEC 60332 may cost more due to certification and testing requirements. Higher fire-resistance durations (e.g., 60–90 minutes at 1000°C) increase cost.

Tray Size and Load Capacity: Common widths: 80x60 mm, 100x60 mm, 200x100 mm. Larger trays or heavy-duty designs for industrial power cables are more expensive. Protective Covers and Accessories: Covers protect against dust, moisture, and mechanical damage, and may be perforated for ventilation.

Additional fittings like elbows, reducers, and support brackets increase total cost. Installation and Total Cost of Ownership: Modular, snap-together systems reduce labor costs. Long-term durability and low maintenance of fireproof trays can offset higher initial prices.
