Best peripherals of 2004: The Great Graphtec Tsunami

1 December 2004

Following the success of the CS300 and CS400 A0 scanners which were launched in SA earlier this year, Graphtec is set to release an exciting range of 42" scanners. These new scanners will be true 600 dpi optical resolution devices in a choice of monochrome or full colour (16,7 million colours). Options available will be resolution up to 4800 dpi and automatic thickness adjustment for documents up to 20 mm.
Furthermore, this new range of scanners will also be available in a direct network version (-eN) with the 10Base-T/100Base-TX interface. With standard software features such as 'Scan to Email' and 'Scan to PDF' life is getting easier for our scanner operators. The 'Scan to Print' function allows you to very easily team up with a printer of your choice to allow for a 'Scan to Print' solution. The EIS150 system enables user-friendly full-colour copying, scanning and data transmission of large-size drawings and photographs to e-mail.
