A comparative look at the HP Designjet 90 and the HP Designjet 70.
HP Designjet 90
This device is ideal for graphics related project up to A2+ size. It has a colour depth and minimal dot visibility with 2400 dpi, 4 pl drop-size and dye-based HP Vivera Inks. In addition you get colour consistency with Automatic Closed Loop Colour Calibration and a built-in colour sensor, which works with the HP printheads and HP Vivera Inks. There is also the optional EFI Designer Edition Software RIP to expand your printing options and enhance colour accuracy.
HP Designjet 70
This device is ideal for CAD users and projects up to A2+ size. The black pigmented HP ink, 1200 dpi and HP Colour Layering Technology provides lasting results for archiving CAD plots and architectural plans. It also delivers flexible connectivity and a choice of interfaces that allow printer configuration in multiple network environments. The enhanced drivers also offer support for AutoCAD files.
