Océ DocWorks, a PDF-based print server software, makes foolproof printing possible by allowing end-users to view documents as they will be printed. Further, operators are able to organise their printing jobs more efficiently because users fill in job tickets that are set up by the print room and Océ DocWorks organises the print jobs as they come in.

The Océ ComWorks software solution integrates E-forms and output management into a one-server concept. "The package jointly offers automatic data recognition, transformation, production and distribution into output devices, with easy monitoring and control capabilities," explains la Grange.
