Epson Express grows

Epson has announced two new additions to the Epson Express Centre stable. The newcomers are Compudoc Computer Services in Port Alfred and Surat Computers in Louis Trichardt.
"We are extremely proud to be able to provide yet another two Epson Express Centres across South Africa. At Epson it is our philosophy to provide comprehensive solutions to consumer and corporate users alike," says, Hans Dummer, General Manager, Epson SA.
Epson Express Centres are in-store kiosks set up at distributors and resellers' premises, which allow Epson customers to bring in any faulty merchandise. The product is then either exchanged or repaired within 30 minutes. The concept aims to redefine warranty and customer service - by putting the emphasis on customer satisfaction. Additionally, these Epson Express Centres contain a consumables stand to further enhance the customer's experience. Stands are supplied with ink cartridges and media such as photo-paper, stickers and card, offering customers a full range of choice at one stop.
These latest developments bring the total of Epson Express Centres to 28 across southern Africa.
