The Space Management Module data model is structured according to the standards of the Building Owners and Managers Association of America (BOMA). It is standardised and suited to the needs of property owners and managers of any kind of commercial or industrial facility.

The ActiveAsset Planner Space Management Module makes it easier for organisations to benefit from ActiveAssetT functionality without limiting expansion options. Deployments of the Space Management Module can serve as the foundation of enterprise-wide deployments that are tightly integrated with SAP or other ERP or CMMS systems.
