Graficomp - the largest resellers of Hewlett-Packard large format printers and plotters in South Africa - is expanding its services department.

Russell Roy has joined the company and will bring his extensive knowledge of the IT and computer network fields to the newly opened Graficomp Services division of Graficomp.

Graficomp Services has official Hewlett-Packard ASP (authorised service providers) Certification. The staff are all certified HP engineers, who, having been trained internationally by HP, are endorsed to repair the entire range of HP plotters and large format printer, including in-and-out of warranty repair work. In addition to this they are able to offer sales, support and implementation of networks, from consulting on network design to the supply and installation from beginning to end of IP-based networks.

Russell Roy has 15 years experience in the networking field, this includes a wide range of knowledge from modems to hubs, switches, servers, routers etc.

Graficomp Services is also able to go the extra mile and help customers in remote areas with its two aircraft and helicopter.
