The Process & Building Solutions division of Intergraph and Fluor Daniel have signed a Global Alliance Agreement. Under terms of the multiyear agreement, Intergraph Process & Building Solutions will supply integrated lifecycle engineering software to Fluor Daniel and affiliates throughout Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia. Fluor Daniel will use the software to support the global engineering, design, construction and start-up of process and power plants.

The agreement covers about 30 products, including the Intergraph Plant Design System (PDS), the SmartPlant family, the Notia information management solution, INtools instrumentation software, related applications, maintenance and support services. Intergraph PDS is the world's leading software for 2D and 3D design, construction, operation and maintenance of process and power plants. SmartPlant software includes SmartPlant P&ID; for creating intelligent piping and instrumentation diagrams; SmartSketch for cost-effective 2D design; SmartPlant Review for 3D visualization; and SmartPlant Explorer for Web access and reporting of plant data. The Notia engineering information management solution provides enterprise-wide access, management and storage of design data and drawings. INtools supports instrumentation engineering, design and management tasks throughout the plant life cycle.
