New alliance brings value for both partners

1 August 2002

The new business agreement between Scitex Vision and First Graphics is a finely tuned symphony between two partners who each bring valued business and strategic input into a new equation.
Scitex Vision, a wholly-owned subsidiary of global giant Scitex Corporation, is known for its super-wide format, wide format and flatbed digital printers. Ziki Kuly, Scitex Vision marketing product manager, says: "Scitex Vision is a dominant company in the wide format digital printing industry today, offering the widest range of products. Being partners together with our customers, in the quest for success we provide them with digital solutions for all available applications in the graphic arts wide format market."
First Graphics
First Graphics brings strategic sales and support networks into the new arrangement, which represents strategic value to Scitex Vision. In addition, Scitex Vision Europe has recently opened its new subsidiary in South Africa, Scitex Vision South Africa, which will be responsible for marketing together with First Graphics, and providing pre and post sales service. By this important strategic development Scitex Vision re-states its ongoing strong commitment to the southern African markets.
Keith Solomon, imaging systems director at First Graphics, agrees that his company is able to bring value to the table "due to First Graphics' wide experience in the graphic arts market and our many years of providing solutions to the advertising and marketing industries. We are most excited about this new development and believe that it entrenches our position in the printing market even further."
