CS Holdings appointed Authorised Education Centre

1 February 2003

CS Holdings has been appointed IBM's only Lotus Authorised Education Centre (LAEC) in South Africa, and is to provide training on all Lotus Domino products, including systems administration, Lotus Helpdesk and Software Developer.
"Our focus is to continually provide professional, high-quality best-of-breed public, enterprise and end-user training on Lotus Domino products as an extension of the IBM software group methodologies," says CS Holdings business development executive, Deon Botha. "We regard this appointment as a strategic alliance which will enable us to gain more exposure into IBM."
IBM SWG channel manager south and central Africa, Craig Hockley, says the status was awarded to CS Holdings owing to the company's national presence, solid experience in education and flexible solution offering." Part of our strategy moving forward is to raise the bar across our three member, advanced and premier business partner levels," he continues.
"Consequently, CS Holdings will be joining our Partner World for Software channel programme as a business partner responsible for the provision of education solutions to the IBM channel."
